Rotcer.com is the internet home of Josh and Frannie Rector. What's with the name "ROTCER" you ask...well, we are not really proud members of our local ROTC and it's doesn't stand for "Really Old Timey Codgers Enjoying Rowing" either...It's our last name spelled backwards (wife's clever idea)!
